MEASURING GUIDE With a tape measure, perform the following: 1) Length - measure the distance from the tip of the longest finger to the top of the area you want to cover 2) Width - measure the distance across the widest part of hand including thumb 3) Circumference - measure the distance AROUND the widest or fullest part of the cast, which could be on the hand, lower arm, elbow or upper arm Use these measurements to choose a size as noted above.
