To outfit your forearm crutches, simply pinch the front of your arm cuffs together providing a small opening.  Similar to putting on a pair of pants one leg at a time, slip the cover over each side of the arm cuff then stretch and pull to the back for a snug fit.  Re-adjust the arm cuffs for proper fit, if necessary.
