Domestic and International Shipping

We are happy to offer shipping to domestic and international destinations.  Shipping charges depend on method of shipment, package weight, as well as, the distance it is being shipped.  The shipping quote will be offered at checkout using the various shipping options noted below.

 
Domestic USPS
  • First Class Mail - Used for less than 13 oz packages that will be delivered in 2-3 business days to most locations. 
  • Priority Mail - 13 oz and over packages that will be delivered in 2-3 business days to most locations. 

International USPS

  • First Class Mail - Used for under 4 lb packages to be delivered anywhere in the world.  Delivery schedule varies by destination.
  • Priority Mail - Used for up to 70 lb packages to be delivered anywhere in the world within 6-10 business days.

Out of Stock Items


Even though we are proud to announce that we keep a great variety of products in stock, occasionally certain items can be placed on back order. You will be notified via email if this occurs. If you do not wish to wait for item availability, you may cancel your order. If we do not hear from you in regards to your cancellation before the item is shipped out, we will assume you agreed to the shipment delay.  If we are unable to deliver the item within 30 days, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunds issued. If only part of your order was cancelled, refunds will be issued accordingly for the cancelled item(s).

 

Returns and Warranty

 

Zoetic Technologies will not accept returns without prior authorization.  Returns "must" be returned in their original packaging and in original condition.  Any claim that is not made within 7 days of receiving merchandise deems the sale final.  All returns are subject up to a 35% restocking fee.  The customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred.  To return an item, please call  1-877-871-8989  1-877-871-8989 during normal business hours, which are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm MST, Monday through Friday for a return authorization.
 
If you have questions about Nova products, please contact their support line at  1-800-557-6682  1-800-557-6682 during Nova business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST.  Nova's customer service can take care of all requests that may include sending a part, shipping and picking up the warranty item.  The items that Nova warranties are listed below:
  • Product frames:  Lifetime Warranty
  • Hand brake systems:  5 Year Warranty
  • All other parts:  1 Year Warranty (seat, wheels, hand grips, tips, height adjustment knob and screw, foam backrest, seat clips, dust caps, forks, etc.)
