2.  One $25.00 Crutcheze online gift certificate will be awarded per quarter.  No substitution of prize is permitted.  Everyone who fills out and submits a survey will have a chance to win.
 
3.  The winners will be selected by random drawing from all entries received.  Quarterly drawings will be held on the last day of each quarter, which are March 31, June 30, September 30, and December 31.  Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
 
4.  Sweepstakes are open to all persons, 18 years of age or older, except employees of Zoetic Technologies and their families.  Void where prohibited.  All federal, state and local regulations apply.
 
5.  The winners will be notified by email within two weeks of the prize drawing.
 
6.  The online gift certificate is awarded to the individual that fills out the survey and is non-transferable to any other individual.  It has an expiration of 30 days and can only be redeemed on the Crucheze.com website.
