Thickness is what makes a pocket case annoying. Our Slim Aluminum Pill Case is 0.59 inches tall, with rounded edges and a low-profile body, so it lies flat in a front pocket instead of printing through it. Same footprint as a standard round case, noticeably thinner.
Machined, not molded
The case is precision machined from lightweight aluminum with a clean matte finish and fine knurling around the edge. The knurling is there for grip, so you can open it one-handed, with wet hands, or with gloves on. It feels like a piece of hardware, and it opens the same way every time.
Friction O-ring closure
The lid uses a rubber O-ring for a friction-fit seal. It presses on with a firm, satisfying click and stays put through daily movement, pocket carry, and bag shuffling.
To be clear about what it is: this is a tight mechanical fit, not a waterproof or airtight seal. It keeps pills and vitamins contained and protected from crushing. It is not a moisture barrier.
Everyday carry, sized for a real day
